The Wellbeing Experience Programs Specialist individual is an energetic, resourceful, and ultra-organized individual who supports the Global Wellbeing pillars – physical, mental, social, career and financial – and gives team members a sense of belonging and community through activities, engagement and events. The ideal candidate is high energy, has a positive attitude, enjoys supporting social events and appreciates the power of connection.

These People Experience & Wellbeing roles will be a key partner to the rest of the Wellbeing Experience Specialists, site/country leaders, PMOs, and GBPPs, while also doing the work needed to support the Global Wellbeing team and its programs and initiatives – they are a critical part of a dynamic team which is wholly focused on providing the best experience for Micron’s team members; fostering a relationship with these key partners is an important part of the role.

Collaborate with Team members to Deliver Programs

  • Identify key site leadership and impactful partners at each site in the region

  • Create and maintain partnerships with key People Program Managers, Global Wellbeing team, Facilities, EHS, Foundation, Procurement, site leaders, PMOs and executive admins, and supplier partners

  • Create a community network of peers and community resources

  • Establish relationships with all levels of the organization and business to ensure awareness of team member needs and current offerings

  • Communicate with partners and solicit input and feedback to ensure expectations are met

  • Collaborate with counterparts in different regions to share standard processes

Evaluate team member program metrics

  • Implement and drive continuous improvements to the team member experience to increase engagement, drive efficiency and increase retention

  • Regularly conduct focus groups and surveys with team members to identify areas to improve their experience and to assess the impact of implemented solutions

  • Design, organize and analyze survey, focus group and other primary research instruments to gauge experience within team member programs

Steward the Wellbeing Index

Data Collection and Validation

  • Participate in the data collection and data validation to build the Wellbeing Index and related presentation in preparation for overview meeting with Site Leader and key Wellbeing partners

TOOL MANAGEMENT

Coordinate Global Wellbeing digital tools and resources through strong supplier relationship management practices

  • Create and implement global plan for team member enrollment, engagement and adoption to meet participation metrics globally

  • Develop comprehensive communications and change management campaigns to drive adoption and engagement

  • Partner with site Wellbeing Experience Specialists to understand the needs at each location and support them to design a localized engagement plan

  • Implement Global Wellbeing supplier management strategy and represent the strategy and processes on project teams

  • Develop supplier governance structure and processes in partnership with Procurement to drive contract prioritization and increase value gained from key supplier relationships

  • Partner with Procurement on Wellbeing supplier needs including request for proposal (RFP), contract creation, and ongoing supplier performance

  • Act as point of contact with IT Security, Legal and Procurement for contract terms, service levels and governance models for supplier management

  • Provides cross-Wellbeing view of supplier and contract application to drive consistency and optimized supplier utilization

  • Facilitate conflict and issue resolution with Procurement and Wellbeing suppliers

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to Wellbeing services and service delivery

  • Review and update supplier contracts, including writing service levels to meet business needs

  • Design and support on-going business review process with Procurement, Wellbeing and suppliers including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual meetings as driven by the supplier relationship

PROGRAM GOVERNANCE

Support Micron’s Family Care Program

  • Develop and support in country childcare and eldercare programs

  • Ensure that programs are current with regard to benchmarks, team member preference, trends, practices and costs

  • Partner with Site Wellbeing Experience Specialists to understand processes related to administering in country subsidies and childcare operations as directed by the local childcare or eldercare programs

Integrate team member work experiences through management of the Flexible Work Arrangement Program

  • Support Remote Worker Connect Groups

  • Run Flexible Work Arrangement and Cross Border Remote Work policies and practices

  • Administer FWA dashboards in partnership with FWA technical team

  • Ensure that programs are current with regard to benchmarks, team member preference, trends, practices and costs

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Design and Coordinate Social Events Globally

  • Manage event planning, budgeting and execution for global corporate-sponsored events

  • Micron Anniversary, Annual Family Day events, vendor partner promotion, anniversary appreciation events, Choose Well Live Well Week, etc.

  • Collaborate with Site Wellbeing Experience Specialists, DEI, ERGs, Micron Connection Interest Clubs and Site Celebration Committees who will organize the events locally

  • Develop and provide standards by event to ensure consistency across the in-country event committees – playbook, promotion, themes and metrics

  • Develop comprehensive communications and change management campaigns to drive adoption and engagement

SITE WELLBEING EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST WORK

Act as site Wellbeing Experience Specialist as defined

  • Refer to Wellbeing Experience Specialist job description for specific responsibilities

  • As the Wellbeing subject matter expert, you will use your expertise to either facilitate the related events directly or to recommend other industry experts to fill the calendar of events

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Change Management, Event Management, Hospitality or Organizational Effectiveness, or equivalent experience is required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority.

  • Experience with employee engagement, user experience design, design thinking, and change management.

  • Positivity, empathy, and charisma that draws people in. Someone who relates well to people from all backgrounds and who can lift people’s spirits

  • A strong passion for people, innovation and technology

  • Strong project management skills, ability to assess and translate business strategies and workforce implications

  • Strong presentation, facilitation and communications skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Experience in multinational company and technology industry is preferred

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$111,000.00 - $205,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
