As a Senior Design Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for Design and analyze digital circuits used in the development of memory products. This includes simulating, optimizing, and floor planning NAND circuits. Serve as a core technical individual contributor in design and validation of the onchip controller and mixed signal circuitry in NAND FLASH chips. Work on architecture development and product definition, system integration and full-chip and block-level validation plan and execution. Ensure RTL design and implementation of the controller hardware, synthesis, APR and full timing closure as well as development of firmware code for NAND internal operations. Collaborate with and support the efforts of engineering teams within NVE-DE organization, such as Project Teams as well as other Technical Functional (Analog, Core, Datapath), Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly and Marketing Teams to proactively design products to optimize all manufacturing functions and assure the best cost, quality, reliability, time-tomarket, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for designing the on-chip controller, including hardware and firmware, for the nonvolatile memory products design validation at block, subsystem, and full chip level, as well as synthesis and timing closure for the logic blocks.

Employer will accept a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
