Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex processes and plans, and implement process improvement initiatives and solutions. Measure and analyze processes, and challenge assumptions to develop sustainable and scalable process solutions, as well as create optimization models on large data sets. Create, solve, and communicate impacts of various what-if scenarios. Identify process inefficiencies and conflicts, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement efforts to address the gaps. Monitor and validate master data completeness and accuracy. Collaborate project stakeholders to arrive at aligned decisions. Analyze demand trends and summarize potential risks and opportunities with sales, marketing, and supply chain stakeholders. Identify and assess process, structure, business strategies, metrics, risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze and research integrated business planning technology and solutions. Conduct review meetings with stakeholder groups to identify and address any changes to the demand plan. Confirm manufacturing teams reserve capacity and purchase direct materials to support New Product Introduction (NPI) needs. Monitor performance of demand metrics against targets, conduct root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in both process efficiency and effectiveness.

Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Production Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or 2 years of Supply Chain Engineer - related experience.
