As a Shift Process Lead Engineer, you will maintain processes by supporting manufacturing, improving process efficiencies, enabling changes in alignment with area BKM’s, correcting process excursions and growing equipment up time and product efficiency.
You will work closely with Semiconductor Process Development and Process Integration engineers and technicians to improve and maintain area processes to meet their critical needs while running and being responsible for progress on critical process related experiments.

The RAM MDE Engineer Lead will require a team member who develops themselves as a leader, demonstrates effective team building skills and demonstrates performance management.
This includes:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Setting priorities for the day and following up to ensure those priorities are being met, interacting with and being the liaison between PI, DEV, Production and shift engineering.
Contributes to the development of organization’s goals and objectives.
Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.
Maintains healthy relationship with metro vendors in the fab, knows when and how to contact them.
Represents the organization on projects.
Listens to customer feedback and openly exchanges complex information with colleagues and managers.
Makes a significant impact to area improvement programs/activities through direct action and by driving accurate deliverables from reporting team members.
Drives and enables ODE team technical development through “leading without authority” and providing training opportunities both individually and as a function of your direct reports interactions with ODE.
Collaborates with other leaders throughout the year, to ensure that performance evaluation is consistent between groups
Ensures that all direct reports are consistently involved in strategic area improvement and self-development activities.

Education Requirements
MS or BS + 2 years of equivalent process engineering experience preferred
Academic Discipline(s): Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related technical field
