Micron’s Embedded Business Unit (EBU) seeks a product line manager to lead the HBM, Graphics and Standard DRAM Product Lines. EBU develops memory and storage solutions for Automotive, Industrial Multi-Market (IMM) and Consumer segments!

As the #1 supplier of Automotive memory solutions and a global leader in the Industrial Multi-Markets (IMM), EBU provides leading products and solutions based upon DRAM, NAND and NOR Flash technologies including both components and system solutions such as DRAM modules, eMMC, UFS, SSD and uSD cards. Business and sales are developed both directly with customers as well as through industrial and commercial distributors globally!

Role and Responsibility:

  • PnL oversight of HBM, Graphics and Standard DRAM product lines serving embedded markets

  • Define and implement strategies to grow revenue and market share in Automotive, Industrial and Consumer verticals while maintaining product line profitability.

  • Develop positive relationships with engineering, technology development and quality organizations to deliver outstanding products with differentiated features that surpass customer requirements.

  • Establish effective financial and business analyses and processes to explain and approve next generation products.

  • Drive speedy resolution of customer issues seen during qualification and production.

  • Define marketing strategies to drive demand creation, while effectively handling supply, demand, and inventory.

  • Define long term DID and node longevity strategy for product line(s).

  • Define pricing strategies to meet product line objectives.

  • Define and implement go-to-market plans for new products including collateral, field training and outbound messaging.

  • Responsible for the development of specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, improve or distinguish product placement within the driven arena.

  • Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace.

  • Coordinates market research, monitors driven activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies.

  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products or improve existing products or product lines.

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration

  • The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of dynamic, marketing leadership and proven experience.

  • Extensive experience in semiconductors with deep understanding of DRAM and memory markets

  • Strong experience in developing and launching products with knowledge of market trends, customers and supply chains associated with Automotive, Industrial and Consumer vertical segments.

  • encouraging and leading large teams across geographies to drive high performance results with innovative solutions.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$131,000.00 - $257,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
