Responsibilities
Deliver technology solutions for Micron’s next generation NAND test chips through test development, validation, and issue resolution.
Ensure NAND test chip development milestones are achieved to progress next generation NAND technology.
Develop and drive NAND strategic test time reduction roadmap for all production Design IDs to achieve best in class test cost.
Direct Micron’s NAND wafer level test equipment capabilities and requirements roadmap.
Drive development and validation of new NAND testing capabilities required for Micron to achieve BIC test cost and effective screening for new, unique failure mechanisms on next node NAND test chips.
Work with Design Integration Team to create new test modes (DFT) to improve overall test cost and screening capabilities of next-generation NAND devices.
Cultivate a strong structured, model based problem-solving culture within the team.
Manage hiring, training, and career development of the Boise MH team.
Create and maintain solid team member development plans throughout the group.
Qualifications
10+ years of product engineering experience or probe/test experience with prior product engineering managerial roles
This position requires a BSEE, BSCE with 10+ Years of Experience OR MSEE, MSCE with 8+ Yeas of Experience
Strong leadership and team building skills.
Advanced knowledge of semiconductor testing, automated test equipment (ATE), and design for test (DFT)
Excellent data analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of NAND memory architecture and operation
Knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools
Effective communication and presentation skills
Excellent project management skills
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with other groups to build strong partner relationships and meet customers’ needs
