As a member of the Advanced NAND Technology Process Integration team within the Technology Development Group at Micron Technology, you will be part of a word-wide group responsible for driving NAND technology roadmap direction. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers to assess new architecture, devices, technology and materials to validate the technology direction for the next 5+ years!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • New Part Startup : Initiate and manage new parts in the product line, coordinating with traveler setup, reticle ordering, and inline metro/RDA setup.

  • Line and Yield Sustaining : Establish and monitor line health metrics for NAND Pathfinding Test Vehicles, and lead necessary actions to maintain line health and cycle time.

  • Product Line Management : Oversee the product line, which includes vintages, disposition, WIP control, priority lots, and milestone waves.

  • Line Changes and Resource Allocation : Collaborate with PI Module owners/managers and Operations to facilitate line changes and resource allocation.

  • Product Line Logistics, Execution, and Efficiency : Improve the efficiency of project execution through operational ecosystem optimization. Collaborate closely with the ODE, Fab operation, PICC, SWR, and PI teams to ensure efficient execution and logistics of the product line.

  • Operational Business Evaluation : Identify and evaluate critical operational business gaps, and mobilize cross-functional teams to address these challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in product line management.

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and logistics.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address operational business gaps.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mobilize and work with cross-functional teams.

  • Goal-oriented with a focus on efficiency, and strong work ethics and motivation.

  • The ability to accept constructive criticism and derive positive solutions from diverse ideas/proposals.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field or > 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
